Shipping & Delivery Areas

• Shipping/Home Delivery is only allowed within the local city limits to the specific areas. Not all areas in city/town are covered under delivery policy.
• Additional delivery area restrictions apply, meaning only the areas which are enabled will be available for home delivery services.
• If you need delivery in an area outside the ones covered under regular delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping and Delivery policies

1. Orders placed using Cash on delivery will need exact amount of cash to be handed over to the delivery team. Delivery team is not responsible for providing change amount and do not carry cash with them.
2. Before the delivery team leaves, verify the package and all the items/goods. It will be up to the sellers to accept any disputes about missing or damaged goods.
3. We can add or remove delivery areas at any time, without any prior notifications. 

Returns and Exchanges

• Sellers may allow returns, exchanges or refunds based on their individual policies. If they allow pick-up service for returns/exchanges/refunds, you will be notified accordingly.
• Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products are non-refundable, non-returnable and can not be exchanged.
